Calls after hours should be made ONLY for emergencies or urgent problems that cannot wait until regular office hours. After hours, your call will be answered by the physicians Exchange. (You may dial (361) 686-6866 to be connected) Please have the necessary information at hand, including name of medications, phone number of an open pharmacy, etc. If your situation is urgent or you cannot stay at the phone number given, please indicate this to the Exchange. The doctor will attempt to call you within 30 to 45 minutes. If your call has not been returned by the end of 45 minutes, please check your phones working condition, then call the Exchange to verify the correct phone number was given to the doctor.
